Maintanence Visit cannot be saved

i tried to enter a maintanence visit but couldnt save the form .

A message appears “Mandatory fields required in table Purpose Row 1”

Sales Person
Work done

I couldnt find the Maintenance Purpose table in Maintanence visit page but it is not hidden in form too.

What shall I do to get the table on form view ?

These fields are in the child table, click on expand icon in the row so you can see these fields.

You can find this two fields in the purposes table
