We are new to ERPNext and the Agriculture module specifically interest us. We found that we cannot use the OpenStreetMap effectively to find and add land units as there is no satellite option. Our alternative would then be to manually input the location and the area but the area field is locked for editing. How can one unlock that field?

Sorry to say but it is non editable and locked and calculate’s the area directly based on the marked area on map.
Although you can add a similar field by using customize doctype option in setup.
