Manage salary according hours

How to calculate salary on the basis of check-in check-out.
Case: daily working hour is 8 hour, in a month total 26 days working, so monthly total working hour is 208. Employee completes 204 hour(204/8 = 25.5) in a month so salary will be for 26 days but is he completes 203 hour(203/8 = 25.3) in a month so salary will be for 25 days.

how can I manage it in this ERP system. Is it possible ? If yes so how?
Please explain me and guide me if any alternative.
