How I can manage TDS/TCS in ERPNext v-14 ?

In ERPNext v-14, you can manage TDS/TCS by defining tax withholding categories, assigning them to suppliers, and then applying them to purchase invoices, ensuring the system automatically calculates and tracks the TDS payable.
