Hi, I am customizing the Payment Entry doctype in ERPNext. Even though I removed the mandatory requirement for these two fields marked in red, the system still requires them to be filled when I select the credit card payment option. Is there anything else I need to do to remove the mandatory requirement for these options? Where am I making a mistake?
Please check if you have uncheck the mandatory checkbox in customization as well as mandatory depends on for the same fields.
You also need to reload the payment entry form to see effect of customisation.
