Manual Backup Failed After https setup

I am having problems manually backing up after setting https / installing letsencrypt on my production server.
When running the command:

sudo bench --site erpnext.mysite.com backup --with-files

an error like this appears :

b’mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to server during query when dumping table tabAccess Log at row: 187449\n’ Backup failed for Site erpnext.mysite.com Database or site_config.json may be corrupted

Where do you think the problem is, sir?
What do I have to do?

I think the issue may be arising because the tabAccess Log table has a large amount of data.
