Manual Installation Problem

I am attempting to install ERPNext Production to my AWS EC2 Instance using the The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Installing Frappé on Linux OS. However, I am stuck at this step.

bench init frappe-bench

The error comes out to be:

INFO:bench.utils:virtualenv -q env -p /usr/bin/python
Already using interpreter /usr/bin/python
INFO:bench.utils:./env/bin/pip -q install --upgrade pip==9.0.3
You are using pip version 9.0.3, however version 10.0.1 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the ‘pip install --upgrade pip’ command.
