Manufactuting module is not showing in Desk or in the Left side navigation

I have setup up a new user.

For this user I have set the role as follows:

and modules allowed as follows:

Still Manufacturing module is not coming up and the user cannot fine anything related to Manufacturing module.

What mistake am I making here?

Check your domain settings, the Manufacturing domain should be activated(checked)
