I think this is the correct topic to post in.
I see under fields you can add margin/profit fields for quotation. I have a pricelist that is set to buying and selling but the profit field shows $0.00. I believe I have to create two separate price list one for buying and selling so it at least has the actual cost of the item. But there is no way to link the two price list. I know when you do a PO to a supplier this should work, but need this on the quote side.
These products are “virtual” so no inventory valuation values exists. Is this feature still broken in ERPNext or am I missing something?
I see a ton of posts regarding this and everyone asking for it but don’t see if it was ever added or how it works.
