Mark Up Selling Price based on Buying Price

Hello,
Can we define selling price based on buying price directly?
Example,
Stock A, Buying Price 100
Mark UP % 30
Expected Selling Price 130

Next time, Buying Price increase to 110
Expected Selling Price 131

Yes, it is possible

  1. create a price list check both selling and buying
    2.create the item price 100
    3.create pricing rule with margin 30%
