I am facing an issue regarding auto attendance.
I have created a shift type and filled out all of the details and I also have employee checkin but still auto attendance marks every employee as absent.
As you guys can see in the pictures all the settings that i have done.
What is the problem why is it not taking the right attendance?
Sir your last sync of Check In is empty and it will not mark attendance if it is empty. To better understand it read this please.
I have exactly the same issue. All options are set, the job is running every hour. In the checkins the shift is also set but I see no attendance at all. Also if I press the button it tells me the attendance is marked but nothing happens. Some ideas?
