Ok you all will be happy that I finally got email working:smiley:… at least for now.
Now we all know that a single outgoing email account is less than ideal but at least this now working albeit through mail jet and not office365 for outbound.
How do we mask the outbound header so it maps with the unit i.e. support sending the email?
Currently this is how the header is structured with Always use Account’s Email ID as Sender selected:
Company Support email@example.com
Here is what it should be
Imerecom Support firstname.lastname@example.org
The reply works just fine but for marketing it should be matched.
