For the items which are not serialized, when I make a stock entry, it asks for serial no.
Pls. refer to attachment 1 and 2, where in the first one it shows that the item doesn’t have serial no or batch no.
and in the second it shows that serial no. is required to make that entry.
Strange because Serial No is not required field even if “Has Serial No” is checked. Can you check if any customizations are done.
