How can i set up user permissions so that a group of Health Practitioners, who are in the same department can see the appointments for the patients. Thanks in advance

@Neha_Singh This should be possible by applying user permissions based on Medical department.

I have already applied user permission based on medical department but its not working.

You can try unchecking ignore_user_permissions flag for department field by customizing Patient Appointment doc

It is unchecked already … still not working

Then can you remove the default user permission for that user and add one for the department, this should work.
