Message is Popping While replying from New Email from Task and Issue

When we try to reply in New Email from Task or Issues the message is popping up that “Email not sent to user (unsubscribed/ disabled)”.

But the is active in User List. Kindly Help in this type of situation that how to stop the message that is pooping while sending the Email reply.

As per my understaning, if user unsubscribed your mail then mail will not send for that user.

So please disable the option from your email account. Plesae check the below image.
