I have configured my M365 email to work with Frappe, however it doesn’t seem that incoming emails are being brought into Frappe/ERPNext.
I can send emails just fine, however no configuration that I’ve tried will get incoming emails to come into Frappe.
Hello @oguruma , is Enable Incoming check box is True inside Email Account doctype record.
Yes. Enable incoming and create Contacts from Incoming Emails are both enabled. I also have a Lead with a given email address and when I get an email from that Lead’s email it does not appear anywhere in ERPNext.
Please check inside “Email Invoice” if it’s showing or not.
