Trying an integration with microsoft Active Directory

  1. any good reference to understand the LDAP search string better

As specifying values such as (&(objectclass=user){uid=erpnext}) is throwing up errors

  1. We are using on premise active directory server and not one on the Azure cloud
    will this create an issue

  2. ldap://x.y.z.w:33389 for LDAP server URL, is DNS route mandatory

  3. Other configuration in LDAP setting
