Migrating sales history with serial numbers

I’m migrating sales history from our old system.

To get the serialized information in, listed as sold, etc., do I need to do all of the following:

• import all used serials to the correct warehouse
• import all sales orders (as submitted)
• import all deliveries
• import all payments
