Mins to First Response in Sales Opportunity

Hello,

I have some question about a field inside Opportunity module. Could you please let me know how does “Mins to First Response” work? I notice that there is a report involves to the field. How does it run a minute? I tried to change the status of the opportunity to “Replied”, “Quotation”, or any others but there’s nothing happened to the field. It’s still zero.

When you sent first reply(email) to opportunity, it calculates Mins to First Response.
