I am writing to express my concern regarding a missing custom script in ERPNext. Approximately three weeks ago, a Sales Order Doc type was deleted, and since then, a custom script has also gone missing or been deleted automatically. I am wondering why this happened and why we are unable to restore the custom script. I have already raised a ticket with Frappe and ERPNext, but unfortunately, their response did not address my question adequately. If you require the ticket ID, I can provide it.
My client is becoming increasingly upset about this situation, and I am feeling hopeless as I do not have a solution to offer. While I acknowledge that I deleted the Sales Order Doc Type, I do not understand why we would lose the customization.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
