Login via the Administrator user and check in your User if all the modules have been allowed to you or not.
Also check your roles.

i have logged in via administrator also, but couldn’t find all modules. dont know where i went wrong please help me with the issue…

you mean to say that even as Administrator you did not have access to all modules ?
If this is a new setup and strictly has no master data, try bench reinstall or try after you take backup via bench backup --with-files
