Missing Purchase Receipt Button: Create Dropdown

Hi and good day everyone, currently having issue in the Purchase Receipt Doctype as the Create dropdown with option to Purchase Return is missing.

  1. Currently, there are no custom script that is hiding the button.
  2. There are a few error in the console that might be related to the issue.
  3. Not sure if any custom configuration to the system might be causing the issue.

Yeah, It may be I think, its not allowing the js load completely right that also may the issue

A bit of update:
Seems like the Button is not showing only for the administrator in the system. Very peculiar situation.
