Our Customer has Branches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and they are maintaining separate books for the GST perspective. i.e. Stock Transfer across branches are treated as Purchase in one branch and sales in another branch. Finally the will file a single Balance sheet for the Company consolidating all the branches.
Should we model them as branches as cost center or as separate company under a single parent company?
We would need the support in understanding how to model these branches?
