Modifying Frappe Helpdesk and Frappe CRM UI?

I currently use ERPNext built-in Support and CRM modules, but I am considering switching to using Frappe Helpdesk and Frappe CRM apps.

I am curious how difficult it is to modify the UI for those apps?

Is there a framework-like way to modify the UI without breaking things?
