Monthly Leave Allocation

I allocate 18 casual leaves per year. Now, I want to manage these 18 leaves by allocating 1.5 leaves per month, if any employee did not use 1.5 leaves
then it should be added to next month.
any suggestion will be highly appreciated

Please tick on the “is earned leave” option to set up this in Leave Type.
