Most freelance jobs are open!

Hi, I remember seeing many developers looking for work on ERPnext services yet I am finding most of the Freelance Jobs status are open since February this year.

I think users are not updating the site. To be fair, it was broken for a while and recently fixed.

Thanks @rmehta, perhaps a “Email Alert” to notify users of open jobs more than 2 month to update or close them.
