Multiple action buttons if user have multiple roles

Hi guys,
I have added a workflow in my doctype in which three different roles can approve and reject the records. When I login as adiministrator, I have 3 approve buttons and 3 reject buttons in the actions menu since the administrator have the 3 roles.
Is there any way I can show only one approve button? or hide all of them ?
Even if it does three different things , it looks bad.

Can you share your workflow states and transition rules?
If you have multiple roles who can approve/reject. Why can’t you create one common role for all of these?
