Multiple selection

hello every one , I want a user can select multiple option in doc type . Yes I know there is Check filed available or for single selection select option is available but I want to show the option for multiple selection that will be a part of other doctype.

e.g

customer and asset both are master doctype but i want user can able to see all the assets data in the customer doctype and select more than two.
Please help me .

Not sure if I understand your question correctly, but creating a new child table doctype might be your best bet. For an example of a child table, see the sales order item table.
