Multiple tax in an purchase order

i have been trying to setup tax template for my purchase requirement
i have the following scenario
total - Rs 100
Duty@12.5% - 12.50
Total - 112.50
vat@14.5% - 16.30----- ( this 14.5% is on 112.50)
Grand Total - 128.80
how do i set this in the tax template

Hello Guys,

please help to get resolves issue in 2nd Tax when i add i.e On Previous Row Total.
automatic calculation is not done.

please do the needful
