Naming Series format

I want Naming series format as
Special Schemes / Independent day Scheme

But I got like
Special Schemes Independent Scheme00001

Please let me know how to fix it.

I want Series no as “Special Schemes / Independent day Scheme” please let me tell how to remove 00001 in series.
