Naming Series from Select Field - custom script for that?

Hello,

I want to define multiple naming options for a single form say quotation.
E.g. i have a custom field with 3 options below.

  1. Coating
  2. Electrical
  3. Fabrication

if Coating option is selected, the quotation should have the name as 51-0001, for Electrical, it should have 52-0002 & for Fabrication, it should be 53-0001.

Is there any script which I can use.
