Naming series is not working


I was getting error while adding employee.

So added it on naming settings

It is still not working. By creating a new series will pick it up.

What is the fix for this?

Please read about how document naming works at ‘’. If you’re encountering errors while adding an employee, it’s possible that there might be issues with document naming series. Make sure to clear old documents properly or update the naming series count. I’ll attach an image for your reference.

With this, you can update series count after 3 are issued. Alternatively, if you want the count to start from 0, you just need to clear old documents properly and try again.

If needed, consider creating a new series properly.
