Navbar on the website is not visible depsite being set in website settings

I have set the navbar in the website settings but the thing is when I run the website Iam unable to see the navbar in the web view…can anyone help me out with it…I am running short of time..

is it bcoz of this but i have set the navbar template as standard…not getting where it is going wrong…i need some help over here…

this should work maybe a cache problem try to clear-cache and check it again the website template it is just control the view of the nav bar primary is blue and standard is plan white-
