Whenever users log in and then navigate to any portal page even profile page, they get logged out… Meaning things like edit profile and reset password and others are not possible… Please how do I fix this? Is there a settings or something to change because its only this way on the production server and not locally

I am having this issue as well. Did you ever find out what the issue was?
No, still dont have a fix for it but it isn’t in version 13 but that is still in development
