Need company logo(letterhead) visible in pdf for print template

Hi Community,
In Print format company letterhead is visible but in PDF the logo(letter head) not comes some doctype comes as Get PDF only as link how can I enable the logo(letter head) in PDF Format

Is your logo public or private? If it’s private, there may be some issues.

Hi,

If you are on a self-hosted server, please check the WKHTMLTOPDF version is QT Patched.

If it is not QT Patched, please install the same with following commands:

wget https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.4/wkhtmltox-0.12.4_linux-generic-amd64.tar.xz
tar xvf wkhtmltox-0.12.4_linux-generic-amd64.tar.xz
mv wkhtmltox/bin/wkhtmlto* /usr/bin/
ln -nfs /usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltopdf
