I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but I just finished evaluating erpnext, but just need some feedback from those of you who are using it. Such as:
Is the program working in the way you expected it to after initial trial?
Did you use one of the partners to set it up for your organization? If not, then what was it like setting it up on your own (I am wanting to approach it by myself as well)? Any hurdles to expect with it?
Tech-support is not that quick in responding, is it a faster response time for the paid version? In fact, the company as a whole does not seem to be very responsive.
Are the online courses very helpful in helping to ramp up quickly? Are they using the latest version?
Did you find that the pricing was higher than originally told/expected once you started using it? We have maybe about 50 users or a bit less we are looking at.
If there is anything else you would like to add please do so. All I am trying to do is a get a good feel from those of you who have been using it for a while.
