Need Help on Stock Update while Submitting Sales Invoice

Hi Community,

I am having a hard time debugging an issue that has recently come up on our sales invoices.
All our sales invoices have update stock selected by default, but every time I submit a sales invoice it posts 2 entries- one entry deducts the stock and a second entry adds the stock at the same valuation.
Thus cost of goods sold is not posted and the entire amount enters gross profit.
This issue has been noticed only in all recent sales invoices after there was a system update.
