Need Help ! Salary / Creation

Hello everyone,

I’m not very familiar with the HR and Payroll module. I’d like to create salary slips for employees without using tax slabs or allowances like house or travel allowances. I simply want to use the full salary as a custom amount. For example, if the base pay is 20,000, I want the net pay on the salary slip to be 20,000. I’m unsure how to achieve this. Additionally, I want to create salary slips based on monthly attendance.

We have a policy of 2.5 leaves per month. How can I incorporate this into the salary slips for employees?

I’ve already added the formula "base " to the salary component.
