Need help to review translations

Hi community,

Dhaifallah Alwadani has contributed corrections to Arabic translations. Can someone else in the community review them and comment on these pull requests:

The lines in green are the corrected translations.

I hope someone will do a quick review and help us accept this pull request. :smiley:

I added some corrections to the the corrected translation. Rest seems Ok. username: Somo82
