Need Support for Customize the Helpdesk

Hi,

I’m installed the Frapps Helpdesk module in our local server.

my company is planning to migrate all the manual workloads to FRAPPs. In this process, before we maintain the Helpdesk customer support ticket system on MS EXCEL. in 2026, we are planning to migrate

the current EXCEL workload to Frapps Helpdesk.

this is the sample of the previous ticket system.

I need support to create these fields to frapps helpdesk modele

The ticket number(TCPL/20240902/0723/01) creation rule is (TCPL/DATE/TIME/NUMBER). i need to create this on Frapps helpdesk

In addition to this, once your custom fields are created, use data import to import all data from excel to frappe helpdesk.
