Hello

My name is Tom and we using ERPnext on your cloud hosting with aelb.erpnext,com, but if I try to access the support and docs, I cannot lofin with my existing creditionals , tried login with Email link and I get

User with email address does not exist

Please help, we read your email on Frappe Insights app and would like to explore but we are on Version 13 EC Version 13

I managed to register with my email id and by site was listed and have raised a ticket at https://support.frappe.io/
