Need to find Employee searching by His name

Hey Guys,
I have a scenario such that I need to get the employee id by searching the employee name in a field. This is possible with default “Employee” doctype, but i am using a custom doctype “Employees”. I need to get / display as show in the figure :

Here , “CSL-EMP-00001” is the Employee i’d & “Sample” is the employee name.
Kindly help…

I just got the solution by adding the required field name in “Search Field”
