we are having a little trouble understanding the users role and permissions.
we have created some users and assign them a role of Sales Master Manager. now we want each user has access to their own customers and hide other users customers. kindly explain how can we achieve this.
You mean user can only see customers created by themself? If so, check if owner customer doctype inside sales manager role
ok its working perfectly fine. only one issue … the rule is applied for the newly created customers but previously created customers can be seen by other users … is there any way to work around and save time by re-entering the all the customers data
