the manufacture teamlead needs to select employee’s to assign them to job cards … but it’s not possible for him, I believe coz of the user restrictions (which are automatically created, by activating “Create User Permission” during the user creation process. And from my understanding, this is important, to make sure that many employee related details are hidden (like salary, private issues, etc.), so I don’t want just remove the restriction … but how can I enable employee’s to choose other employee’s in some documents?
Same issue for “Expenses”, if the secretary of a manager makes the expenses, she cannot choose the manager, she can only choose herself.
Again: I know that I could just remove the User restrictions, but I believe they’re created with a reason … so does someone know a better/the correct approach to deal with that?
