I am sure not the first or last one who will face such problem.
For paid task, freelancer get fully paid then quit without completing agreed scope.
What is the best option I have to do for him, I need your recommendation.
Note: He is fully paid before starting task. 20% of work not delivered, also I lost communication with him and he do not reply to whats app/ telegram and emails.
