New App not Visible under Logged in USER

i created an App and Install on my site but when i tried to add it to my Desktop i cant.

i dont know what my be the issue

Yes It Is Visible under Installed APP

If i select Everyone, i will see the App as Below but i cant add to the Current User

once that is done …try to do your original steps for access

Hello,

I was about to write some Few Script for my Newly Created App and i Discovered that the Doctype Folder was not present in my Directory.

Any help please
