I just installed a new instance and when i try to add company it gives error
Duplicate name Custom Field Delivery Note-section_break_0
Company New company already exists
Suggestions appreciated .

May be you enteretd twice the same company.
After you saved you company you should
reload and/or refresh the page.
Please clear your browser cache as well.
In this case you will see all changes what you made.

Thank you for your comments, I did double check what you said but it didnt work out.
It seems the problem was with domain permission. I guess by default the first user created by the administrator doesnt have permission to domain.
I logged in using administrator account and created the company and it worked.
