New Created Student Name Not Showing in Program Enrollment

In Education Domain New Created Student Names Not Showing in Program Enrollment.So New Students Cant Enroll in any program.
And Also When Creating Fees For a Student, Student name and Student Enrollment are not Matching . Showing"Invalid Enrollment EDU-ENR-2023-00073 for student Sayon M".

You can create Program Enrollment for a student by (must create program and visible in Program list)

Created Program enrollment list will look like:

First create:
Fee Structure
Fee Category
Fee Schedule
Then try to add Fee for a student

I have previously established the Fee Structure, Fee Category, and Fee Schedule in addition to enrolling a set of students. I am now seeking guidance on the formal process to add new students and enroll them in a specific program.
