how can i make the mobile number in the primary contact details in the new customer in the quick entry starts with +964

You can’t add country code +964 in the primary contact details when using the quick entry form from the frontend. This functionality is programmed into the system, so you’ll need to review and modify the underlying code to change it.

If you want to set then check the previous post. and hard to override.
