New Quotation Created, Now when Creating Sales Order from connections “Taxes and Charges” section of Sales Order Form is not the same as in “Quotation”.

basically instate gst has two row cgst and sgst as that aspect you can design outsate and with rcm and so on.
so your tax template configure is wrong way
go to tax template doctype and reconfigure it correctly.

I checked my all template these are exact same as yours.
And these all templates created by default when I created new company.
Just try if you want, delete one of them sales side in-state template and reconfigure it.
And run same cycle again.
one more thing meager role play address doctype also which template has to be pick while posting time, so remove tax category field particular supplier or customer.
